Pan-seared Prosciutto-wrapped Halibut with Summer Veg Confit – Indishpensable

Thought it would be just perfect to start my food blog with this halibut dish, which I cooked.  Yes!  Me, the lazy city girl I cooked it.  With lots of help from Indish

You go to one of Indish stores, you pick out a recipe you would like to try, and pay for it.  Every single ingredient all measured and chopped, ready for you to be the laziest chef in the world.

It comes with a step-by-step instruction as as long as you can read and follow what it’s telling you, you will end up with two plateful of fantastic food without much effort.

This halibut dish at $39 for two people, I thought was a bit more expensive than I thought but when it was completed, I was happy with the price.  It was easy to cook and very taste and enough for two people to feel completely satisfied.

You can either pick up or have them deliver to you – it’s a flat rate no matter how many items you order.  Definitely worth a try if you are kitchen-challenged, or just busy (i.e. lazy).

  2. This sounds amazing! How cool that there is a place like that for people to go and cook! It’s great for people short on time or beginning to cook. I would think it can simplify cooking for the beginner and build confidence.
