Being a Lazy Food blogger

Today is 13th day since Year 2011 started.  And I did promise myself to be more of a deligent blogger in this year (a bit contradictory to my alias but still).  My goal was to post every other day but yeah… that hasn’t happened.

I know it is going to sound like an excuse but I am going to say it.

It’s been pretty hectic.  Work has been kind of unsettling (this can be a pretty scary feeling as an independent consultant in this economic condition), the last bit of school is just starting, getting a new place….

All these things add up and it’s been constantly stressing me.  I don’t like to admit that I am a stress monkey but yes I tend to think about the worst case scenario and try to come up with a resolution.  I am in that mode and it is very tiring.

In addition, I just came back from London.  Oh yes, London is lovely.  I love London and hope to live there for awhile some day.  But I am back in Vancouver, which is also lovely when the weather is not as crap as today’s.  I am still jet-lagged (been getting up at 4:00 AM) and stumbbling through every day.

Anyhow this is all just complaining.  In fact, my life is pretty good I’d say.  Only thing that keeps being played in my mind is me trying to be re-born as a food blogger.  Guess what’s one of most important key factors of a good (and popular) food blog.  Photos…. And who am I?  I am the lazy city girl.  I LOVE taking photos.  But they all just end up in my iPhoto.  Not cool. 

So I am going to get myself a bit motivated and start blogging.  If not about the food then other things going on in mylife.
